Hughs complete cdi timing

Anyone know the measurement between the timing tab and the pickup coil to set timing?

Not for Hughs specifically but I set all inductive ignition pickups to 0.4mm.
As an aside I have been told on early CDI ignitions the timing could be altered slightly by adjusting the size of the gap.

The brass timing gauge supplied with the kit measures 28mm in length.
